Billing
Pretty simple, we bill our awesome clients on a Contingent-based model, not Retained.
Our fee is 25%, based on the 1st years' base salary.
I know what you're thinking: Is this negotiable? And the answer is "maybe!" If we are talking volume or you are part of an industry or structure that could use a break (i.e. - Non-profit) let's talk about it.
Yes, we know, most of the "Executive Searches" bill on a retainer model, but, why? Why would you pay upfront for a talent search?
SideSearch feels the contingent model is more fair, therefore, when the candidate accepts, we invoice.
Oh, one more thing, we do NOT charge an "administrative" fee as most others. If you are currently paying an administrative fee for indirect expenses, I would challenge your supplier...then reach out to us.
